As a single mother of two, she understands first-hand the challenges families face when navigating healthcare, public assistance, and financial uncertainty. That lived experience shapes her leadership and drives her commitment to serving the community with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Through years of hands-on community service, she has worked closely with individuals and families seeking guidance through complex systems, including Medicare, Medicaid, Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) plans, housing assistance, and other essential resources. Her approach is rooted in education and empowerment ensuring every person feels informed, respected and supported.

As an agency owner, she is equally committed to building a strong, ethical organization. She believes brokers succeed when supported through mentorship, compliance-driven training, and real growth opportunities.
